Terms of Service
Last updated August 2026
Welcome to GTBoT.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GTBoT website, platform, automated Gold trading and trade-mirroring services, and related features (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account, subscribing to GTBoT, connecting a trading account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use GTBoT.
1. About GTBoT
GTBoT is a technology platform that provides automated Gold (XAUUSD) trade-mirroring services.
GTBoT connects eligible user trading accounts to the GTBoT master trading account through cloud-based infrastructure. When the GTBoT master account executes an eligible trade, the system is designed to automatically mirror that trade to connected user accounts.
GTBoT currently supports Exness trading accounts using MetaTrader 5 (MT5). Additional brokers and trading platforms may be supported in the future.
GTBoT is not a broker, bank, investment fund, or custodian of customer funds.
2. Eligibility
You must meet the minimum legal age and any other requirements applicable in your jurisdiction to use GTBoT.
By using GTBoT, you confirm that:
- You are legally permitted to use automated trading or trade-mirroring services in your jurisdiction.
- The trading account you connect belongs to you or you have appropriate authorization to use it.
- The information you provide is accurate and complete.
- You will comply with applicable laws, regulations, broker requirements, and the terms of your broker.
You are responsible for determining whether using GTBoT is permitted in your jurisdiction and under your broker's terms.
3. GTBoT Service
GTBoT provides technology for automated trade mirroring.
After successfully connecting a supported trading account and activating a subscription, GTBoT may automatically mirror trades from the GTBoT master account to your connected account.
Depending on market conditions and account circumstances, the execution of a mirrored trade may differ from the corresponding master trade.
GTBoT does not guarantee that:
- Every master trade will be successfully mirrored.
- Your trade will be executed at the same price as the master account.
- Your trade will be executed at the same time as the master account.
- Your account will achieve the same profit or loss as the master account.
- The Service will operate without interruption.
4. Supported Brokers and Platforms
GTBoT currently supports:
- Broker: Exness
- Platform: MetaTrader 5 (MT5)
Support for additional brokers and platforms may be introduced in the future.
GTBoT does not guarantee compatibility with brokers, account types, servers, platforms, or trading conditions that are not officially supported.
You are responsible for ensuring that your broker account is eligible for automated trade mirroring and complies with your broker's rules.
5. Account Registration
You may need to create a GTBoT account before using the Service.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering and to maintain the security of your GTBoT login credentials.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your GTBoT account.
You must notify GTBoT promptly if you believe your account credentials have been compromised or used without authorization.
6. Connecting a Trading Account
To use the trade-mirroring service, you must provide the information required to connect your supported trading account. This may include:
- Broker information
- MT5 account/login ID
- Trading server
- Investor credentials or other connection credentials required by the Service
You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate.
GTBoT will use the information provided for purposes necessary to establish and maintain the trade-mirroring connection.
You should not provide credentials that grant permissions beyond those necessary for the intended service.
7. Your Trading Account and Funds
GTBoT does not hold, custody, or manage your trading capital.
Your funds remain in your brokerage account with your broker.
GTBoT does not have custody of your deposits or withdrawals and does not control your ability to deposit or withdraw funds from your brokerage account.
You remain solely responsible for your brokerage account, including its balance, leverage, trading conditions, deposits, withdrawals, and losses.
8. Automated Trading and Trade Execution
GTBoT uses automated systems to mirror trades from its master account. Trade execution may be affected by factors outside GTBoT's control, including:
- Market volatility
- Liquidity
- Broker execution
- Spread
- Slippage
- Network conditions
- Server availability
- Trading session availability
- Account margin
- Broker restrictions
- Order-size limitations
- Technical failures
As a result, your account may receive a different entry price, exit price, position size, execution time, or trading result from the GTBoT master account.
GTBoT does not guarantee identical execution or performance.
9. Risk Management
GTBoT uses predefined risk-management mechanisms, which may include:
- Predefined Stop Loss levels
- A predefined risk model
- Daily drawdown controls
- Maximum drawdown controls
GTBoT currently operates with a target risk exposure of approximately 5% per trade.
Risk-management mechanisms are designed to help control trading exposure but cannot eliminate the possibility of losses. Market gaps, slippage, liquidity conditions, technical issues, and other circumstances may result in losses greater than expected.
10. Trading Risk
Trading Gold (XAUUSD) involves substantial risk. Gold can experience significant price movements, particularly during periods of increased volatility, economic announcements, geopolitical events, and changing market conditions.
You may lose some or all of the capital in your trading account.
GTBoT does not guarantee:
- Profits
- A specific return
- A specific win rate
- A specific monthly performance
- Protection against losses
- Protection against account drawdown
- That your account will not be liquidated
You should only use capital that you can afford to lose. For additional information, please review the GTBoT Risk Disclosure.
11. Historical Performance
Any performance figures, win rates, trading results, charts, testimonials, or other performance information displayed by GTBoT are provided for informational purposes.
Historical performance is not a guarantee or indication of future performance.
GTBoT currently reports a historical win rate of over 80%, but this figure may change and does not guarantee that future trades will achieve the same results.
Individual account results may vary significantly due to execution conditions, account size, leverage, spreads, slippage, liquidity, and other factors.
12. Subscriptions
GTBoT is provided through paid subscription plans.
The current standard subscription price is $45 per month per connected trading account, unless otherwise stated on the GTBoT website.
Subscription terms, pricing, billing frequency, and promotional offers are displayed at the time of purchase.
GTBoT may change subscription pricing or plans in the future. Where required, users will receive appropriate notice of material changes.
13. Multiple Trading Accounts
GTBoT allows users to connect multiple eligible trading accounts to a single GTBoT profile.
Each connected trading account requires its own active subscription unless otherwise stated in a promotional offer or plan.
A subscription attached to one trading account does not automatically provide access for another trading account.
14. Early Access and Promotional Offers
GTBoT may offer promotional programs, including early-access offers where the first month is provided free or at a discounted price.
Promotional terms may vary and will be communicated when the offer is presented.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional access does not permanently change the standard GTBoT subscription price.
GTBoT reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers subject to applicable law and the terms presented at the time of enrollment.
15. Billing and Renewals
Unless otherwise stated, paid subscriptions may automatically renew according to the billing schedule selected by you.
You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your subscription for recurring charges.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information remains valid. If a payment fails, GTBoT may suspend or terminate the affected subscription and trading-account connection.
16. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription through the available cancellation functionality in your GTBoT account or by contacting GTBoT support where applicable.
Cancellation prevents future subscription renewals.
Unless otherwise stated, cancellation does not immediately terminate access to the Service. Your subscription and trade-mirroring connection may remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
17. Subscription Expiration
When a subscription expires or is terminated, GTBoT will stop providing new trade-mirroring services for the affected account.
Trades that were already opened in your brokerage account may remain open and will remain subject to the conditions and controls of your broker account.
GTBoT does not guarantee that existing trades will be automatically closed when a subscription expires unless the Service specifically states otherwise.
You remain responsible for managing your brokerage account after the trade-mirroring service ends.
18. Refunds
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable subscription or promotional terms, subscription payments are non-refundable once the applicable billing period has started.
If you experience a technical problem with the Service, you should contact GTBoT support so that we can investigate the issue.
Any refund provided by GTBoT will be determined in accordance with the applicable subscription terms and applicable law.
19. Service Availability
GTBoT is designed to operate through cloud-based infrastructure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
The Service may occasionally be unavailable or limited because of:

- New trades may no longer be mirrored to your account.
- Your brokerage account remains under your control.
- Your funds remain with your broker.
